We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. however under our no quibble policy if you wish to return the goods then we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the goods. refunds will normally be processed within 7 working days of the goods being received by us.

All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and ticketing . Goods will not be accepted back without the attached ticketing and must be in a completely unused state.

Unless the goods are faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please quote your invoice number, name and address with all returns. When returning goods, we recommend you use a 'signed-for' service, as proof of posting cannot be regarded as proof of receipt. Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with; if these details are not supplied there may be a delay in your card being refunded. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your Right To Cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
